It's very new and the website doesn't work too good tbh, but in the end it worked. If you search the name you'll find several (german) newsarticles about it aswell. Free month too.. I've already watched the PSG game today and obviously this weekend will be the real test for the servers with the PL starting.

I use the app on my TV. Works a lot better than the website.
