I tried to like Revengeance but I just could not. Even as a hack and slash it felt subpar for me. DmC which I finished before starting Revengeance was far far better.

God Damn ffs

Yet again the ps+ games on the ps4 are those ancient looking indie platformers with nothing going for them

If I wanted to have ONLY indie games to select from PS+ I'd have just got myself a nintendo console and played the infintely better platform games that have added nostalgia AND they actually moved their graphics on instead of purposefully making them look like the SNES

Can't wait for indie platform game fad to die. Makes the 'Zombie' fad look like a GOAT era.

PS4 has only been out 8 months, the library isn't there to be offering full retail games for free via it just yet. PS3 could do it instantly because it didn't start as a subscription until a few years into the consoles life cycle. calma ffs.

So just launched this hipster game and i'm already disgusted for 2 reasons

1, somehow a platformer is over 3 GBs worth of download

2, Main menu

...

"Press TRIANGLE to start"

f'in triangle! Just HAS to be different, smh.

It's horrible, I heard so much hype about PS+ only to receive this.... stuff.

PS3 selection is decent, not sure why they can't have those games playable on ps4 through download.

They are not ported. They have to do it separately which isn't possible.

It's definitely possible, playstation now allows you to stream PS3 games or it will.

If they really wanted to they could, but you can't maximise profits that way Laughing

I meant atm. They all will slowly be ported over the years.

Square Enix will sell all the FF series for about 40 quid each eventually lol. Same with games like Resistance, COD, AC1-3 etc.

PS4 has nowhere near enough power to emulate PS3 hardware.

PS3 on the PS4 would either have to be streamed (that's an atrocious way to play games considering latency and bandwidth stability issues) or be redeveloped for the PS4. Considering the architecture differences that would mean some games would have to be rebuilt from scratch, depending on how they were made so that explains the lack of ports.

So my PS4 is auto turning itself on and ejecting the disc inside. And i'm not the only one according to the net smh..

Remember seeing this often on forums. It's nothing major but you can send them back to Sony and they'll replace it. Surely you can return yours to the store since it's been less than a month for a new one?

Works now after having it unplugged for hours. Plugged in again held the power button for 30 seconds turned off then on followed by a firmware update.

If it happens again i'll return it to the store.
