Bruce definitely he's done an outstanding job, all things considered.

Should round out the top 3 with Rodgers and Martinez tbh.

In fact i hope Hull end the season well and push us into the bottom half hmm

Believe in Bruce Molenation

If Rodgers win the PL than it's one of the biggest surprises of the decade and he deserves it. Same with Pulis because of what he has done at Palace.

ok but just to clarify i was saying mou should win it if liverpool dont win title

Pretty depressing that a player who's utter shit against the best sides in the country will walk the POTS award.

Yaya is right.

Before Pulis: 1W, 1D, 10L
After Pulis: 12W, 4D, 10L

Crystal Palace had 4 points at the end of November ffs Laughing I don't see how he has been only good in last three months. He has more wins than losses in December and January. He was doing well almost immediately after he joined and only lost to the big teams and Newcastle. This month he shifted to another gear and if you think that he should have bought this form the moment he joined the club, then that is one really unreasonable demand.

Wait... What?!? He actually lost to Newcastle.
Well then, that's no consideration for an award for Pulis I'm afraid.

We beat Pulis twice :coffee:

3-0 at Pulis Park and 1-0 at home.

Anyway the reason i'm not considering him is because he's only been relevant since end of January, i can't pick someone who for more or less 2/3rds of the season hasn't been relevant.

That has been thoroughly and repeatedly debunked. At this point, your incessant repetition of it borders on trolling and henceforth will be treated as such. Consider this your only warning.

RealGunner wrote:If there has to be a defender from lower clubs then for me it's Winston Reid from West Ham.

He's been injured this season and benched too much, if it was last season, then I would include him.

And no way in hell is Pulis overrated, Palace were looking like a League 1 side and had only 4 points before he was appointed as their manager. His system brought them results instantly.
Also, Puncheon's form and Palace's January signings helped them a lot, Dann, Ince, Ledley and co.

Suarez will win the POTY award without a doubt and the YPOTY will be between Sturridge and Hazard, possibly Raheem could join the race too. It's embarrassing that Barkley was included instead of Henderson and Coutinho.

Anyway, this is my TOTS:

                Marshall
Coleman-Skrtel-Distin-Azpilicueta
            Yaya-Gerrard
     Silva       -          Hazard
         Suarez-Sturridge

I'll also make a YTOTS for fun lol:
(wont include young players from the list above)
            De Gea
Flanagan-Stones-Lovren-Shaw
    Henderson-Barkley
Sterling-Coutinho-Redmond
    Rodriguez/Lukaku

Given Liverpool's defensive record this season I don't quite see how any of the CBs could be included in the team of the year.

I don't have put on purpose Skrtel not even on bench. 7 goals scored are a great amount for a defender but imo he has made many mistakes these year for deserving the starting XI ,and he must thank sometimes the attack if these were forgot, as against Stoke in that 3-5 , as against Fulham ( that 2-1 to 64' could be really the end of all ...) ,he risked the crap even in last match in last minute .. etc I remind when most LFC fans rated the Skrtel-Toure partnership the opposite factor than S&S
Anyway totally agree with RG on Flanagan , I was thought same thing about him tbh

Skrtel is box to box CB. He is different from others Proud. Outta his 7 goals, 4 have been against arsenal, city, Chelsea. Big game scorer

Perhaps he'd be an arguable inclusion for Young Player of the Year if he'd been performing all season, but he wasn't even part of the manager's plans until late November (bar one or two bit-part roles). As it stands though I don't think he has played enough to be considered and he's not really productive enough in offense to end up in the running for such an award (whether you agree with it or not, the awards are skewed towards attacking players).

yes but at SB and Eithad he has faults on goals conceded (personally I remember in marking on Eto'o and on corner of 1-1 at Eithad )  , Dr Jekyl and Mr. Hyde, pratically Shelvey-esque
anyway great definition  " box to box CB "  Proud
