Once gain Roma's depth get under a big question mark .Big ben the wall out for injury.Pjanic as the commander in midfield , Florenzi and destro for suspension. Now Its Toloi and Ljajic task is to help the team. Totti is still struggling with his injury and not in his best. Taddei will most probably replace Pjanic and Romagnoli to play as left back the rest are as usual.

Atalanta is having a good campaign with players like bonaventura , Moralez , cigarini, denis, stendardo and carmona to name a few. They are a side that are hoping to clinch a EL place and its our task to deny them at least for the next 90min.

It's going to be a tough test, despite our excellent home record.

We don't have an answer for both Pjanic and Destro missing especially with Totti not fully fit. Doesn't help that Bastos is struggling with injury as well. Could see a 4-3-1-2 taking shape, but this would require Totti to play longer, which he may not be able to do.

Think this would be a good time to see what Ricci and/or Mazzatelli is made of.

what about dodo as winger?and gerv on top?

Dodo as a winger could work, considering he's sure as hell isn't a defender.

Didn't like Gervinho up top. He's not a #9 as he's not strong enough to go toe to toe with defenders. He's also not going to get the space he needs to dribble past them if he's constantly got his back to goal or is looking for service from midfield. He may be there as a necessity, but I don't expect him to excel there.

Its going to be a very tough match for roma considering their injuries and suspensions. Are pjanic and florenzi suspended only for today's match or they have a lengthy ban like destro?

The match starts in 6 hrs and 15 min will be looking forward for it!

Ljalic, Totti and Gervinho to get the points. Toloi looked good when he played, hopefully he will be solid today as well.

Maybe Dodo should get a chance to play also, he looked quite good before his injury and now he hasnt featured almost at all.

that's what i was thinking , if we use 4-2-3-1 it makes sense that dodo plays instead of romagnoli

I would personally prefer Romagnoli over Dodo at LB. He's much more solid defensively and I'm ok sacrificing our offensive presence in that half to snuff out any attacks coming down that flank.

I don't think we'll see Bastos, who has been struggling with a knock, get the start over a fully fit Ljajic...though Rudi does appear very hesitant to start Ljajic and understandably so.
