That's the thing with Mou, he has proven himself with a squad that costs nothing and proven himself in a squad that costs everything.
Besides, psychology 101 tells you that spending alot of money doesn't help as much as you think. Just look at Real Madrid and you will clearly see that the root of all evil (money) has clearly gotten way over their heads, squad full of divas and the team would have been a million times better if their pay checks weren't so high.
ffs just leave Lex alone you know why hes bitter
keep digging but its just going to get worse

He's still, he's still Maureen from the block
You're right. I mean, how stupid for anyone to use as a defence against your contention he could never accomplish something, a scenario where...he did.
Ludicrous on their part, really.

I never said they don't count because of the money. But don't try and act like Mou led Wrexham, Xerez and Perugia to glory, either. The teams Mou took over were already successful teams, all he had to do was spend the near limitless money that was available to him, buying the best players and utilizing them to the best of their abilities which, when you have players like Cronaldo, Drogba, prime Sneijder, prime Micon etc, is quite a lot of ability

Re: Chelsea Vs Paris Saint-Germain
I find Mourinho's Inter win far more impressive considering the teams he faced were quite weak during that time and the product of many shock upsets that cleared way for weaker teams in contention.
Not that he didn't deserve it yet people tend to forget that facing a weak Real Madrid in the group, the worst United of the decade, an in decline Lyon and an overachieving La Coruña all underdogs to them considering the pre-Euro strength of Portugal as a whole. Won't even start on that Monaco.

Once Once and people go on about his prowess of getting teams to semi finals and whatnot like he does it with scrubs every yearShed wrote:Lex wrote:Not bitter, just amused that Porto is Chelsea and Mou fan's safety net when the topic of Mou's success due to being involved with teams that have literal billions to spend comes upEl Chelsea Fuerte wrote:

You seem surprised that the best managers get given the best jobs.

Re: Chelsea Vs Paris Saint-Germain
And why exactly does he have to do it with shit teams? Has Pep ever had any success with shit teams? Has Carlo ever had any success with shit teams? So he has to take the West Brom job and win the league with their players before he'll be seen as a top manager in your eyes? Ah well, okay. Wenger da best.Lex wrote:Once :lol:Once and people go on about his prowess of getting teams to semi finals and whatnot like he does it with scrubs every yearShed wrote:Lex wrote:
