I highly doubt he goes home to talk about football with his wife.

She's a bit of a meat head. I doubt she'd put up with it.

Why are we shouting random facts?
OT: great stat, proves Mourinho is one of the best managers in the world.

Re: Chelsea Vs Paris Saint-Germain
Blanc is a coward. Did the same shitty defensive tactics against Spain in the Euros. Playing 2 rightbacks to contain Alba and Iniesta and still conceding a goal from that side.
Some people are just coaches because they used to be players, not because they have a clue about coaching.

Re: Chelsea Vs Paris Saint-Germain
Laurent Blanc's excellent work with Bordeux and now Paris Saint Germain should not go ignored due to him managing a broken France squad full of delinquents and past crevices, to which had him surmount an admirable France as it is.
Nor should him experiencing his first real predicament of how to retain a lead in the oppositions home to which is a far more difficult task than one can imagine.
His indecisiveness is to blame for tonight (as are his players) yet it does not dictate that Blanc is anything outside than a fantastic manager who is prone to some erroneous decisions.

Re: Chelsea Vs Paris Saint-Germain
For a team that boast The bestest CB evah! TM in T. Silva you'd think Blanc would trust his back line enough not to introduce another centre back and invite pressure.

Re: Chelsea Vs Paris Saint-Germain
Zeal, the loss was nearly set in stone when Blanc decided to abuse his midfield in pegging square pegs in round holes by playing them completely out of their comfort zone in sitting back and absorbing pressure that they do not have the organization to do.
If PSG used that pressure on that break rather than just pacy breaks of frivolity, damage would have been done.
Yet the decision to stay so deep despite these fullbacks being clowns was a poor decision.
Bringing in Marquinhos made sense on paper yet only took away Lavezzi to track back or attack, causing a more flat backline to which would invite even more unnecessary pressure.
Most experienced managers understand that more defensemen=/=better defence.
Its situational and highly difficult to drill in the concept of a 3 man and considering Alex is an oafish stone and PSG have not played a 3 man, I'm not surprised.

They were good enough to comprehensively win 3-1 against Chelsea. Blanc let them down tonight with a negative approach aimed at conserving their first leg advantage rather than trying to build upon it.

Re: Chelsea Vs Paris Saint-Germain
I just cant believe they dropped the ball and blew a 3-1 agg. lead.
Re: Chelsea Vs Paris Saint-Germain
this is why mourinho gets paid the big bucks. Because he walks the talk.
He said he s gonna win it and he did. Only manager to have two teams in the semis as well. Real Madrid should not be underestimated and they have every chance of winning the CL thanks to mourinho.
It's not how bad PSG played which mattered. Give credit where credit is due.

Mole is right.
You don't watch Paris so you do not know that their midfield is always dominated when they sit deep to defend a lead, all 3 of their midfielders not the type of players to suit those semantics at all.
And if Cavani buried his chance we wouldn't even be debating this.
Cavani burying his chance? Phulease... He and the rest of all psg's little chances were wide off the mark, we hit the cross bar twice, let alone have many more shots on target. Overall from the first leg we gave the first two goals to them. Not saying they deserve some credit, but this isn't even a debate of who the better side were after giving them two goals and still destroying them.
