Sometimes we are right to blame the players, but not when we are facing minor teams. the last 3 games should have been all won (Chievo (H) Genoa (A) Catania (H)). all these teams had problems defensively against many teams that are worse than us, yet we cnt score against them, this is not the matter of the players, this is the problem of the coach. we play 3 5 1 1, with only 2 attacking minded players, thats insane, and yet we concede many goals. the coach should make some changes and that's urgent

But seriously, today was an indication of how average our squad is. Alvarez is no longer a difference maker he was in the first half of the season, Nagatomo is clueless without the ball, Jonathan offers nothing offensivly (well we dont concede from his side at least) and Palacio cant do it all on his own. Oh well, looks like another year zero.
Mazzarri has always been so, the man of 100 excuses.
honestly there is no 'way out
or spend ( changing Branca) or nothing , it' s useless to talk about transition phase. You can't do it if you are Inter president.Awful situation, probably the worst situation Inter ever

Rolando is definitely best Inter defender.

Juve are in great form with a full squad bar Buffon and newly signed Osvaldo while we are in shite form without Cambiasso,Guarin and Hernanes.Could turn out to be a tough day for Inter...

First time in history where there's a derby d'italia with 22 points difference between the teams. We will only be playing for pride as even if we win there's no stopping this Juve. I have a feeling Milito will score tonight.

Botta. D'ambrosio and Hernanes should start next game. Jonathan have lost the little confidence he gained and it's clear he should be one of the first to be sold in the summer. Alvarez is also looking a bit lost lately but it's nothing compared to Palacio. How many chances can we afford for him waste? Icardi should be given a chance but knowing Mazzarri he'll continue scoring in bed and riding the bench lol

I am not angry about this loss , I was sure we would have lost
We struggle against Catania at San Siro , let alone Juve at Torino that destroyed Roma and Napoli..
Anyway I can't tolerate again Mazzarri with his pathetic excuses (now even against his players, it's last thing should be done from a coach,he should learn from Rodgers who didn't blame Toure today.) and I am seriously worried about form of Palacio.
Bad in last month and if he is not in form our attack sucks. Pratically we have only 3 forward and precisely Palacio out of form , Milito finished and Icardi is a mystery...

Post by zarola Mon Feb 03, 2014 2:21 am

i KNOW there is a lot to be upset about this game, but take a look at the last 20 minutes.
FEEL what those substitutions did to us...
D'ambrosio is nothing special but he's exactly someone we need... he just does his damn job, no bullcrap, no messing around.... we need that badly, our defense is atrocious .
Hernanes is such a phenomenal signing. This guy is going to make huge changes for the club. We have one of the best THIS IS THE START OF A NEW INTER... I can feel it.
Botta adds a nice extra stride , a nice bit of pace and flare to the attack. He's a good substitute.

The problem is not in Palacio but in the build up play. It is easy to blame Palacio for missing 2 chances this game, but the problem isn't in the finishing, it's in the number of chances we got. Of course we want to see him smash those homes but it's difficult to smash in 100% of the chances you get,and in order for us to have been competitive this game, Palacio would've needed to sink in all of those chances.

it's freaking hoof ball at the moment. Palacio isn't even 6 foot, he's not the type of striker to hold up play and such. The man is running his ass off all game to balls that are being booted into open space, hoping for the best. How many times did we see Palacio vs. 3 defenders? far too many.

Kovacic had a bad game, not his fault, he shouldn't be used in a defensive role, that's not what he's good at. Mazzarri had him marking Pirlo ffs in the second half.

Complaints aside. Taider is a phenomenal player already, and an even more exciting talent to become. Handanovic in my eyes has been the best keeper in the world, even before his days at Inter, and we're blessed to have him, love the guy, he saved so many chances. Hernanes is one of the best midfielders in Serie A.
Forza INTER.

Taider played well both matches against Juventus, typical of a former player

About Ruben Botta I want to see him as starter, he seems good.

Taider is okay defensively, but going forward he's crap. That's okay if Mazzari uses him in the Cambiasso role but he shouldnt be trying to take long shots and crosses.

Campagnaro on bench ... what a strange thing with Mazzarri, but after that injure his performance has dropped dramatically and I do not understand why

Kuzmanovic again...I read yesterday we win 16% of games when he starts, compared to 44% when he doesn't.

Handanovic
Campagnaro - Rolando - Juan Jesus
D'Ambrosio - F. Guarin - Hernanes - Nagatomo
R. Botta - Icardi - Palacio

Have a little balls FFS,we're playing Sassuolo. We trashed them 7-0 in the first part of the season...

OFFICIAL: Handanovic; Rolando, Samuel, Jesus; Jonathan, Guarin, Kuz, Hernanes, Nagatomo; Milito, Palacio

As GDS predicted. They've managed to that pretty much all season...Mazzarri seems to be very rigid about his starting 11.

Such a weird game for Hernanes.

I will remember his debut for the fact he headed the ball 30 times tonight.Every ball that went up in the air seemed to end up on his head. And he actually won pretty much all of his aerial duels.
