It's not very active and live matches can be discussed in the general section.

Should be renamed as the "Highlight Section". That would bring it back to life.

Yeah it should be a place where people post highlights of the games and where people can request highlights

I like this more than 'highlight' section.
Also gives people a chance to post either some very good videos, or videos they made by themselves (in addition to the highlights and all).
