I still think Higuain played better, Benzema had the fortune of coming on when the game was much more open and CSKA simply had to attack creating alot of space in their backline.

Higuain was on when the game was on the line, had very few chances (1 actually) and got the job done. Higuain's average position was just barely ahead of the halfway line and in fact pretty much on top of Ozil. I even saw him clearing in defence at one stage.

But would still like to see both players on the pitch.

HIs impact was simply not being felt even when we were on top of the game.

Neither was anyone elses....the passes into the box were terrible. But Higuain showed up in defence worked his ass off and helped the team in what was a very tight match before Ronaldo's second.

He had one opportunity to score and he took it when the game was there to be won or lost.

The game only opened up at the end because CSKA were committing men forward.

Uh no, Ozil was doing good, Ronaldo as well, Khedira, Alonso. Higuain and Kaka were the ones underperforming and being useless.

He scored a tap in, congratz, and even then the difficulty of the goal was on that pass Khedira made over the defense, not the finish. Other than that, even when we had possession, his impact wasnt being felt. He could hardly get himself into some attacking move. It's not even so much about who played better, but Higuain as often had a meh performance but scored a goal.

His worst performance of the season, he cost us two points.

Nick, I have high standards.

I am not happy with this.This is his time for hate let us take it.It was his worst performance thus far.....

He had great linkup, and one particularly amazing piece of skill in the chest ball, but he actually cost us points today.

I don't care if RVP can get away with doing this, Benzema can't.

Strikers miss chances it happens. You just have to make sure not to make a habit of it.

I dont see the issue, he had a good game. He was moving well, scored once, missed 2 others. It's ok to be honest, we can be upset because ultimately we drew the game but it's not like he cost us la liga.
