I will go so far as to say that Benzema is so good that Lyon losing him to Real Madrid mirrors their decline as a European superpower club of the 21st century, to the extent where they can't place higher in a group than a thoroughly rubbish Ajax side.

Benz is good but balotelli has it all, finishing,touch,technique,speed strength and lets face it scoring in the prem league is a lot harder than la liga.

dude thats just a stereotype.. epl defenses suck nowadays.. all of la lgia's best products silva, mata, aguero are doing the same thing there.. btw benzema doesnt have the best of goal scoring records in la liga.. hes actuall y much better in the ucl.. he has got 23 goals in the cl in 37 matches... balotelli has to prove he can do it consistently before being benzem'as equal or better .. if potential meant all robinho would be winning ballon d ors

Fair enough but u have to remeber the league is a striker bread and butter he cant just perform in cl.

I wasnt talkin so much about the leagues defence just more that the prem leagues team are a lot tougher as a whole to beat.

And yes i agree balo does need to have 1 whole Complete season,but so far consistency is his middle name,has scored in every single match he has started for city this season,and hasnt even played in his preffered cf role.

Mancini has been using him on the wings and hes still causing havok.

Anyways both great strikers but i see balo being the better of the 2

yeah it boils down to personal opinion, both of them are good enough to be compared.. me being a madrid fan and see :cyclops: ing benz more will choose him while you having seen balo more would choose him
