Must have PC games

Any suggestions? My PC is ready I already have Skyrim, which is unbelievable with all the mods. Much better than the PS3 version. Thanks in advance.

Though having only Skyrim is more than enough. Can keep you busy for 300 hours.

if you are into multiplayer games, league of legends is great. mass effect trilogy are masterpieces and must be played

I'm gonna stop listing now, there's more games worth looking in to but that list should cover it.

As for SimCity 5 don't spend one cent on it, it's not just the DRM that caused drama but 6 updates further the game is still borderline broken. Modded SimCity 4 is a far better way to go.

The lists posted above sum up pretty well the must have games and I agree with their content.

I still want to tell you that Diablo III is amazing. Blizzard did a great job when they created the game. This is a must-buy.

Crysis 2 and Crysis 3 are both amazing. Absolutely insane gameplay, graphics and sound. I played them with Ultra HIGH settings on a FULL HD TV monitor and a 5.1 surround system and the experience was unique. In my opinion, to truly experience a game you must have high-end tech in your house .

By the way, sportsczy, sometimes you have to filter those 'must have games'. They are not a 'must have' for every person, so...you should read and watch some reviews and after that you'll know what genre you like more and you'll be able to realise which of the games listed above you really like.

The Crysis series got ruined by EA but 2 & 3 should have been named Call of Duty: Future Warfare 1&2 because gameplay-wise that's what they are. 3 improves slightly but the suits between 1&Warhead and and 2&3 have little in common as the CE3 games have nerfed weaksauce suits. The aliens are generic and didn't have the same impact as the CE2 games and they pretty much ignored the story from the CE2 games.

I'm not saying Crysis 2&3 are terrible, just nothing special because they're consolized futuristic military shooters of which there are plenty of and not exactly what I'd recommend spending money on given there's the Metro series, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series, the original Crysis games, Bioshock series, Far Cry series, Borderlands series and Half-Life series as well as Deux Ex:HR, Mass Effect 2&3, CoD: 4, Portal 1&2 and Red Orchestra 2 in just the modern FPS genre alone to try which offer a more unique experience than Crysis 2&3 which are like hollywood remakes of the original concept.

I completely agree. Total War without its battles is a pointless buy. EU4 and all Paradox games have 10 times the depth and historistocity that Total War has.
