Pepe is probably being sanctioned for his comments, you don't criticize your manager in public and get away with it. He's probably played his last match this season and possibly the last in the colours of Real Madrid.

Malaga haven't really recovered since getting knocked out of the CL but we shouldn't take them lightly. Hope it's a nice game with lots of goals and a Madrid win

He only said it get some good press when he felt that the guillotine might drop on his Madrid career.

Fact remains, he undermined the manager and only started "defending" Casillas's fragile honour when he felt the noose getting tighter. Total b*tch move.

why would Pepe be afraid to leave now at the age of 31 not many madrid players have lasted in the starting line up longer than that. If not now he would have been forced to be phased out next season which is of course a bigger risk for obvious reasons.

When it's all said and done I could use a break from Pepe. In fact - after La Liga is sealed I want to see Castilla players get a couple games. Nacho is a centre back - he should have the chance to actually play there for the first team.
