The dialogue is some of the best I have ever seen on a TV series. It's what makes this show great.

Walton Goggins got nominated for an Emmy award playing Boyd. He didn't win though, lost to Tyrion Proud

No shame in that.

Though I really like the show, I've so far failed to see what makes others rate it among Breaking Bad and (in my opinion) House of Cards. Just finished Season 2 Episode 9 though (Brother's Keeper) and that episode...equaled some of the best I've seen from both those series. I'm not sure yet I would say Justified is as consistently brilliant as the two I've mentioned already, but Justified certainly has its moments. Episode 7 was fantastic as well.

I'm willing to bet with the way this last episode has set it up, that the rest of the season will be just as good.

Well you haven't seen the rest of the GOATNeSs yet. Season 2, 3, and 4 are each better than the other. Season 1 was probably the weakest.
