While interest in Sahin is high, Mourinho revealed the club were yet to field an offer for Brazilian Kaka.

There had been reports Manchester United were interested in tabling a bid for the 30-year-old, but Mourinho denied that was the case.

"Kaka's situation is completely different," the Portuguese said. "We have no official request for Kaka; we do for Nuri."

The longer this is taking to resolve I am starting to think Wenger is looking at a DM to purchase for the long term rather then brining in Sahin for a year as RM seem to not want to add the buy out clause.

Fighting for Madrids scraps with Lpool? For shame.. Wont be a massive deal if we dont land him though. Would have been good to watch him play with us though.

Noob here. Tried that JA606 site but I've never seen such clique nonsense in all my life so I thought I'd try this one. Will update profile/avatar when I can be bothered:)

Can't believe Wenger was daft enough to enter into any negotiations with that fool at Madrid.

It's a given that he detests Wenger and was probably just leading him a merry dance all along.

If he ever comes in for one of our players I hope we do the same thing...however, we'll probably give him the red carpet treatment instead:(

You dont seem to get it, it had hardly to do with Mou, if anything than Wenger should be blamed for not understanding that this just a glorified loan deal.

I don't think you get how much 'Mou' is obsessed with Arsene Wenger. Nothing against RM, but you'll find a lot of gooners detest Mourinho for his hatred of Wenger.

Personally, I think we are too big a club to be fighting Liverpool for your scraps for poxy loan deals.
