I find it insulting that this is called the Bob Marley thread Mad

Yes, this was not sung by Bob Marley ! Shocker !

YES BOB MARLEY DIDNT SING THIS EITHER ! SHOCKER!

There different Reggae songs and all from different artists and none of them from the Marley family !

Dont get me wrong i love Bob Marley and his family, but he gets far too much credit the mere fact this is called the Bob Marley thread shows that....

He even gets credit for songs he had nothing to do with Laughing

Infact i expect some songs in this thread that he didnt even sing Laughing

BTW there was plenty more where that came from.

Maybe iam taking this a bit far, but iam very passionate about Reggae and to see Bob Marley get credit for songs he never sung and a reggae thread named after him like he's the only Reggae artist to ever exist.

Annoys me.

Anyway carry on ! Very Happy

Laughing Bob Marley if the most famous artist and probably the best......I'm not giving him credit for anything, I'm just marketing the thread.

UB40 tsk tsk tsk.

I vote that the thread title me changed to "The Reggae Thread", I know a bunch of rastas and while Marley is a big name, there are many others who have contributed to the genre. I'm with Great Leader Sprucenuce 110 percent!

My Trini friend took me out to two shows in Brooklym (Amazura) and I had a blast; the vibe was spectacular and no one was searched at the doors (ganja was allowed to be smoke) and I it was one of my best experiences in life. I saw the above song live and what my friend told me is that these artists actually sound good live (something you don't always get with the other genres.) The other show we went to see had Queen Ifrica but she didn't sing "Far Away" Sad.

I missed out on two Tarrus Riley shows because of work as well, that was a big let down; although I actually saw him on the street after the Queen Ifrica show Very Happy, that was a great night.

I'll be sure to post more tracks later on.

I literally never liked Cricket until I heard this song.So this song gave me a couple good moments.Still don't like the game but if you invest enough in the team it still means something.
