Guys what do you you think about him on the right in the Di Maria role.?

It would allow Benz to roam with a on field replacement nearby.

He was pretty good on the right once upon a time.

he has played there in the past. and if he was fully fit id take him over di maria any day. but until he is fully fit it either has to be di maria or we play a 4-3-3 and have a different setup

He's effective there as well. I've just accepted at this point that Pipa is the type of player that drifts in and out.

i have been saying this for ages, i think if anyone watches higuain regularly, he knows that he depends on the runs that he plays, he ball control is not as good. thus him being in tight positons in the center makes him loose the ball more often, especially when he is more slow like in classico.

Because of that he has more space in the right side, thats why he was sucsseful when he played in that position before or when he play in 2 strikers formation.

i think he should play here from now on to get used to it again.

We are always attacking heavily on the left side, since dimaria is not like ronaldo who always make runs to the empity sides, his area is less used. di maria likes to receave the ball to dribble while ronaldo just make the runs behind them and score a goal.

Higuain will have alot of empity space to score those tapins because his side will have less markers.

Right now, pipita doesn't have enough speed to play wide. Since he's not a real technician either, it wouldn't work IMO.

Yh, i dont think Pipita would do well wide now, not a real technician like czy said, not a proficient dribbler, without his speed he would be useless.

he has no characteristics of a wide player....not fast atm,not a good dribbler,not very creative..

Another main reason is because i want him to recover his speed, he can do that better if he runs at top speed more.

well its the best i have, and i am not a doctor lol.

but the more i see him at top speed, the more i notice that he is getting a bit faster. it might release his muscles or something.

any doc around here who expertises is this area can comment on this.

I would personally like to see Mou try the 433 with Benz on the left, CR right and Higgy up top. Midfield of Xabi, Ozil and Sahin/Khedira would service that attacking line nicely.

Higgy used to be a right attacking midfielder and actually still does very well drifting in from the right

I'd start him over Di Maria if only just to see how it would work.

Pipa needs to be thrown a bone and Di Maria needs the shock of being benched to start being good again.
