Ronaldo vs Ozil

2 Madrid players so i'm interested in what they(madridistas) think.
I know they play different positions so hard to compare in that respect, but in terms of what they do for the team, the impact they have on the team.
I think Ozil gives Ronaldo a run for his money, one being very team based and the other very individualistic, he's also lived up to his hype after WC 2010 which not alot of players seem to do.

In my opinion, Ozil and Ronaldo are on the samelevel, both being second only to Messi in my opinion. I think Ronaldo from his Man U days would just barely edge this, but right now, despite Ronaldo being flashier and a bigger name, id give a slight edge to Ozil.

Well there is currently a lot of hate on Ronaldo from everyone (including Real Madrid fans) so this thread is going to have a lot of bias in it (as usual). Ozil is not better than Ronaldo tbh give him a couple of years and Ozil could be the best in the world.

Özil assisted like 17 assists to Ronaldo.
Plus, Özil can atleast dribble. And shows up in big games. And isn't so egomaniac.
IMO Özil > Ronaldo. But maybe I just underrate Ronaldo alot...

i'm not sure if he should be benched, but i'd definitely like to see an alternative take his place and see the outcome.

I said this in those games thye were injured, madrid played more fluidly and were less predictable.

I've said it before.. Ronaldo is now, but Oezil is the future! Mourinho knows that hence giving Oezil a more expressive free-role! Future Player of the Year winner in my opinion..

its heartening to see the support of the fellow rm fans towards the one player who is the only consistent goal scorer we have,not many injuries like pipa (flopping in big matches too like him) and no stupid mental and fitness problems like benzema
ozil is good yes... but ronaldo is the 2nd best player now whether u dislike him because youre gay or not ot doesnt matter..

If I were to build a team around someone, I'd build it around Ozil. If I were building a team around someone, I'd rather have Ronaldo (minus the selfishness) instead of Ozil
