Uncle Roy gets 'er done as good as anyone else when managing mid-table squads, nobody can take that gift away from him.

But, Arsenal fans should first be shouting for OC, if that doesn't work out maybe Roy is spared a thought.

Rafa Benitez is a bad manager. Roy Hodgson is a good manager.
