i agree with you as it is exactly what i think. there is however one problem frimpong imo made some really hard challenges and they could have easily been bookings. now arsenal need physical players but too much hard tackles may result in a sending off which is not good. he needs to learn when to make a dirty and intelligent fouls. this is a very important component of defensive midfielder and he needs to improve this area.
frimpong is more physical as compared to song and reminds me of tiote of newcastle.

btw how many games has frimpong played for arsenal????? today was his first ever start....give him time he will learn....you can't expect all youngest to since on their debut like Wilshere.....

Song was one of the worst players in the arsenal team when he was young look where he is atm....he has improved alot....
