for the 1st leg i have 3 predictions.

either 2-0 to barcelona

2-1 to madrid

or 1-1

2nd leg its gonna either be madrid with a draw or 1-0 win or we lose.

Not true at all. Most of our players have had an equal amount of minutes. I don't think we've seen the probable starting eleven (probably Casillas-Ramos-Pepe-Carvalho-Marcelo-Khedira-Xabi-Özil-Di Maria-Ronaldo-Benzema) play together all at once in any pre-season game.

Difference is, we also have quality first team players like Adan, Varane, Coentrao, Arbeloa, Albiol (ok not so much quality), Granero, Kaká, Callejon and Higuain who have had an equal shot at minutes. Aswell as kiddos like Jese, Nacho and others getting a good amount of minutes.

Perhaps i did'nt phrase it too well, basically all of Madrid's players have had a fair enough minutes except for a few like Sahin for example.....

Where as Messi, Xavi, Pique, Puyol, Alves, Mascherano and Sanchez have hardly played at all or not at all.

Reason why i think Madrid will win the 1st leg, just a question of margin.

No matter how "well oiled" Barca are, for quite a few important players this will be their first game back, I'm not very confident but if Messi plays than depending on if the bus is parked I think we'll score atleast 2.

preseason isnt about playing against the top clubs in europe you know? we are already among the top, what matters is fitness and getting and improving the chemistry. Sure, strong opposition is always nice, but it's not the main point.

Jesus, Meijas, Casdao, Joselu, Jese and Nacho played alot of minutes in our preseason. We would of had more but Alex, Morata and Carvajal were playing for the U19's at the time.

No, whitestar point was that we played weak opposition, which is not going to help us get ready for an opponent of the level of barcelona. I find that comment about the preseason quite ridiculous.

I hope that our team will try as hard as we can to win this game. A trophy is still a trophy. A true competitor and champion tries to win everything they can, regardless of the importance.

BTW, I've got a question for everybody.

In your eyes, if Real Madrid wins the Supercopa, would you regard them as the champions of Spain for the 2010- 2011 season?
