Duncas Castles who writes for times has tweeted that Sniejder deal is dead for both City and United due to his wages.Apparently he earns 250K per week after wages and its too expensive for English clubs with the 50% tax rules.This will drag on till August 31st IMO.

Sneijder does NOT earn 250k a week...

I'm not a hundred percent sure but I believe Sneijder is on 190k Euros/week (Just a shade under 10mil annually)

He sure as hell doesn't make 250k euros....let alone 250k pounds

Arshavin on the news he was the next target for Anzhi

Fed up with these Sneijder to United rumours. If he comes, then that will be good, if not who, I couldn't care less tbh. We have Cleverley who looks to be a really great MF in the making. He made a huge difference when he came on against City.

Another thing, why don't Sneijder just come and say he wants to stay, instead of sounding so unsure and flirting with United?
