Has to be a Serie A player, Serie A have won the most recently in the time one player could have won one. Maybe Seedorf?

Seedorf currently has the most, with 4 Champions League medals with three different teams (Ajax, Real, Milan twice) Gonna make it 5 after this season Twisted Evil

Shouldn't Eto'o also have 4 UCL titles? He played 3 group stage matches (53min) in 99-00 Madrid UCL winning campaing. Plus 2 for Barca and 1 for Inter.
