Tevez to Inter on loan?
Inter are keen to take Carlos Tevez on a season-long loan, with the Argentine permanently moving to Italy next summer, and will meet Manchester City on July 31 to discuss the possibility, reports Corriere dello Sport.
The former Boca Juniors forward has admitted his desire to leave Eastlands, and looked likely to move back to Brazilian club Corinthians before a deal broke down.
With the forward's options limited due to the large fee requested by his current employers, Gian Piero Gasperini's team are keen to find a solution.
Similar to the deal that took Zlatan Ibrahimovic from Barcelona to AC Milan, a mandatory buy-out clause would be agreed before the loan deal starts.
The Giuseppe Meazza outfit had initially toyed with the idea of including Samuel Eto'o in a swap deal, but instead are seemingly ready to pay the €45 million demanded by Roberto Mancini's side.
The two teams are set to meet next week in a friendly to contest the Dublin Super Cup tournament, where negotiations could start.

He certainly would win the contest for the ugliest Inter player, but I don't think we need him.

Can't see this happening. I think he will move away from Europe. Or stay at City.

But I'm sure having a player of Tevez's caliber on loan wouldn't be too bad.

Re: Tevez to Inter on loan?
If you think long term, 45 million for Tevez is not a good signing at all. You can never know when he throws another tantrum about being away from home and tells the media he wants to retire? Risky business imo.

Re: Tevez to Inter on loan?
City could use the money from his sale (coz of FFP), not such a great option for them to just loan him out until there's 0 or 1 year left in his contract.

What are the odds he gets loaned to Milan in the 2012-2013 season?

Pazzini
Eto'o---Sneijder---Balotelli
Eto'o---Sneijder---Balotelli
This would have been sexier. Obviously I'm relieved for Serie A, but that would be amazing to see in Europe.
Milito would have to leave, simply to get the game time that he deserves and Inter would probably feel like they owed it to him to do the best thing for his career after the treble season. Eto'o's would still be the most important forward and in all honestly 45 million would be an incredible waste of money given the investment in the midfield that could occur with those funds.
