Barca Official Site Confirms it:

Barça sign Cesc Fabregas

FC Barcelona and Arsenal have reached an agreement on the transfer of Cesc Fabregas. The deal is for 5 years. The cost of the transfer is 29 million with variable cost of 6 million.

The 24 year old Catalan player is coming to Barça from the English Club Arsenal, where he’s played for the last eight seasons. Cesc has played 303 matches for Arsenal scoring 57 goals & providing 100 assists for his teammates!

It is a good thing Arsenal are being adamant here.

Barcelona do not have 45 million in their budget and that is including all the sales. Unless Arsenal relent and accept performance bonuses, this deal will not happen. Here is to hoping Cesc spends many glorious years at Arsenal!
