Well no, but he did his job and he busted his ass in the build up play, which NO ONE TALKS ABOUT when he does it. When he holds up the ball, defensively contributes, takes on players, because there’s a dishonest narrative among messi nuthuggers that Ronaldo is some kind of poacher (by the way, they were saying this when Ronaldo was in his prime too). It’s actually tiring to defend him, but the amount of lying and dishonesty that comes out of peoples mouths is really ridiculous.

Interesting, why are you tired defending him and about what? Considering he is in United, that had an insane working system until last year, Bruno ex1? He is supposed to be the top 2 players in the world and 36 now. What are you defending? He has scored in 4 out of 14 PL games, 13 starts, all 4 wins (they have 6 wins this season and Ronaldo starts every week basically). Appreciating his stats in goals/game can be extremely irrelevant now at United.
