As much as I though Son's strike was magnificent my MotM is Lucas Moura. Very energetic, didn't put a foot wrong where he could, defended well. His performances in the Spurs shirt have been far better than what I remember in PSG.

Spot on. Will be interesting to see if Spurs can keep this intensity for the rest of the season.

Great performance from Spurs. Nuno reminds me of Conte a bit. Wonder what his H2H record against Pep is like. I think his Wolves beat City a few times.

Slow and lackadaisical performance from City. Mendy has no business starting ever again. It was obvious injuries have ruined him since like late 2019. Rest of the team was shit too. I’m sure they’ll win the PL if they sign Kane. If they don’t it’s going to be a close PL title race IMO.

meh won't read too much into... City had a slow start last season too. Having said that i don't think they can copy last season's performances and results without a legit striker this time. Playing Ferran 'mid' Torres as a false 9 is as low as it goes.

Don't hear him talking negatively about Kane who's gone mia like he did when Pogba wanted to leave.

The double standards from guys like Souness when it comes to Pogba and Kane/Grealish are ridiculous. Micah Richards called it out as well.
