Useless to talk about tactics, etc, football is just a simple sport, our 2nd GK , Padelli, has conceded 5 goals and all the goals are because of him

We've lost our season because of this, it was enough to have a normal  GK to avoid it, for not losing today etc, not having signed a 2nd GK represents an incredible error of assesment

As much it pains me to see Lazio be so close to the title, seeing Robes suffer makes up for it. Sacrifices were made...

Padelli has always been a scrub  but he wasnt ag fault for the 2nd goal. It was on the players letting Sergej get that shot off.

That was a really fun match to watch and Lazio was the deserved winner imo. The second half was a step up from them.

They also have the easiest schedule among the 3 contenders. More manageable than ours and easier fixtures than Inter.

My thoughts on Lazio are complicated as they are in my thoughts to Inzaghi. In general I was always the type to favour Roma over Lazio given I am not a fan of Lazio fans, their general policies along with the fact that I cannot stand that cheapskate Lotito, and he is not to be praised here for the real hero is Inzaghi himself. I have been critical of Simone for two years now. Seeing him as a mind older than his age with some brilliant tactical nous and attention to detail but far too pragmatic in that provinciale way that has cost him so many crucial games in Serie A, and moments in the Europa League. Yet his rise this year mirrors Immobile’s in the sense that in big moments the correct actions have been made and yielded what has been an unthinkable position in the Serie A table for the blue half of Rome.

It was due time Inzaghi evolved as a manager and clearly realised cheapskate Lotito will not spend any more than what he does and indeed has weaved together a rather uninspiring squad, to a terrific unit that works exquisitely well together. Immobile is obvious in what is his career year, to SMS finally performing when the team does need him to Acerbi, who’s story is being rejected from Milan (and wrongfully so) to his battle with testicular cancer to now being amongst the best 3 CBs of this season. Deserved win over Inter and it makes me happy to see them yet again let go of their hold on the table, Conte pulling out his synthetic hair on the sidelines and I must say I rather Lazio win over Inter and Juve for the title despite my general dislike for them. Will it happen? Unlike for Lazio are due for a drop in form and their play is not sustainable to what will come some dropped points. But it makes for an exciting race.

Lazio only has Serie A until the end and Juve & Inter both have europe, serie a & coppa italia. Also Juve has to play both Lazio and Inter unil the end. It will be a very interesting finish indeed.
