No, mostly fans from the big two. A few years ago there was an article in Marca on the most disliked/hated team in Spain and it turned out to be RM and it clearly shows when teams play us. And also how we are treated differently when we want to buy a player from certain bigger teams in Spain compared to Barca for eg. Second team was Barca and a huge gap to the 3rd team.
