What's bothering me here is that Betis are still coming at us even after 2-1 up while Madrid are just defending the scoreline.

Man, this is embarrassing.

Guys, just a reminder, Betis didn't register a single win in their last 5 games (2 losses and 3 draws).

This loss is on Zidane. Big time. Why does he continuously start the wrong line up in these sort of matches? This was not a match for KCM (or any match). This was not a match for Marcelo. And lastly, Lucas Vasquez is fucking useless but that's a norm really.

there is no player on the team who i even look forward to seeing play, nobody. even hazard who most people like, i was never a fan of his to begin with, so even if he was fit, he isn't someone who i go "damn i wonder what move hazard will pull off today", fact is nobody on this side gives me that thought tbh

Zidane really needs to move on from his favorite players. Fede and Mendy should be 100 percent starting unless they are injured. Not having a proper RB backup also makes me question why in the world did we send out Odriozola on loan. Militao is not the answer. I dont blame him at all for playing poorly. Hes not a RB.

Zidane's rotation system does not work. it may cost us La Liga.

this team needs Mendy and Valverde in order to be able to defend. every time Valverde is out we lose.

Modric is 35 years old. Marcelo is a shadow of what he used to be. Lucas has been absolute shit everytime he plays. Come on Zidane it's time to move on.

Agreed. In this one, he was trying to add attacking prowess since Lucas was playing... which begs the question why Lucas played.

Regardless, there is no way any lineup should play this poorly. I don't care what the lineup is. We were complete dogshit.

Funny you mention it because I recall the game commentator mentioning that Lucas started to help Militao defensively, even though Fede has been doing exactly that as a midfielder-winger hybrid. Yet Zidane put Lucas and Oldric to help Militao Laughing
