Not to mention the PK was complete luck since Vini was crossing to nobody in particular. He nailed the first defender and it made it's way to... whomever.

This is becoming really tough and embarrassing to watch. We're pinned back as Betis launches wave after wave of attacks, and we're only content to clear the ball and hit them on counters.

We're so lucky to still be in the game because Joaquin has just missed a golden opportunity after he beat Courtois and had an open net in front of him.

Really not a performance to be proud of.

Betis is 14th in the league btw and didn't register a single win in their last 5 games.

Okay, I'm probably being too harsh on Vini here, but sometimes I get the feeling he's not really that bright.

He's still very young and still has a lot of room to grow, but his poor positioning, game reading and reflexes leave a lot to be desired.

I don't know. Maybe I'm being too harsh on the kid.

Like for instance, he has just erased two defenders, only to make the poorest pass you could ever make afterwards. Doesn't even bother to look up first to see where to pass.
