Areola has been commanding his box like a cop. So much confidence, I ain't even worried during set pieces no more. Hope we make the loan permanent. We don't need the best keeper in the world to win trophies but we need a good shot stopper and sweeper keeper. After Navas, Areola seems to be harbouring those traits. I am a fan

As a RM keeper you won't have to go through games were you make 6/7 saves. On average we have 3/4 against us, some from distance and some point blank. He won't need to be perfect. He's played 3/4 games and he's had to make at most 4 saves in all those, one of which was a 1v1. That's it. As long as he can continue helping the backline with his commandment of the box he'll succeed. Tibu will never be that goalie for us, I am sorry to say. That's not to say he's a bad keeper (imo he is) but he doesn't suit our football. He should join conte at Inter imo
