I prefer Alba/Semedo to what most teams have too tbh. But Roberto and Firpo are clowns. Roberto is a midfielder first of all and not even a good one. Not sure where they scouted out that Firpo turd. Terrible transfer, why not promote some Masia guy instead? Same level but no money wasted at least.

3-0 at the break.
Positives. Todibo looks decent for his first big game. Semedo has done well and Dembele proves again why he is an elite talent who just needs to stay healthy for a year.
Negatives : Our team defending is a joke. Dembele doesnt know how to defend in a block of 4. Griezmann can do it better. On the other side, Vidal has been poor at covering and I dont blame him. He is expected to provide movement up front. And when we lose the ball, Messi just stands around watching instead of covering that flank. Vidal cant be expected to be in 2 places at once.

The biggest highlight was the bicycle kick. Suarez with another golazo. Has any player scored more golazos over the past 10 years? I doubt it.

I would buy your argument if he hasnt looked gassed despite not running at all throughout the past GOD knows how many years. Would buy your argumennt if he wasnt on his knees when taking the first free kick in the 15th minute or so. He has his hands on his knees then.

Loved Semedo's performance. I like him a lot and I think I might be in a minority of Barca fans. Terrific athlete, one of the few we have. Very neat in possession, solid defensively and makes great runs forward. If he had movement around him (our movement off the ball is non existent), he would be contributing a lot more in offense.

Not surprising. On the left, he has a bit more movement. On the right, there is none whatsoever. He makes a great run forward, realizes there is no one in front of him as Messi as usual is behind the play, gets crowded out and cuts the ball back. Rinse and repeat.

Maybe I am paranoid. But I do feel the refereeing has been biased against us this season. All the 50-50 calls seem to be going against us.

I think a lot of seniors need to be moved on. Something similar to what happened when Pep joined. Build around a new core.

Despite the eye sore that we have witnessed this season, happy with some of the young players. Arthur looks immense and FDJ has settled in well. Thats a midfield thats set atleast for the next 5 years. Semedo has improved and Ansu has emerged. Gives us few things to look forward to.

It hurts my eyes watching Busquets. He no longer provides anything. Zero protection to the back line. Zero in moving the ball forward.

The state of this team lol. Barely scraping by. I don't have time to watch most games these days but I'm not missing out on anything

Also just read a rumor that Koeman has a clause in his contract that he can leave for Barca at any time and is a possible Turdverde replacement.

Nothing needs to come back. Era is finished. Style of the play is exposed. 15 years was enough to study the ways to stop tiki taka and nowadays everyone knows how to stop it. From now on its just another top team with the best player in the world and its the last years of that player but still there is no genius young talent to replace him

Everyone knows how to stop it? Pep's City is doing great, play attractive football and still wins trophies. unlucky in CL but thats another issue

City's games are 10x more watchable than Valverdeball.

We just need more athletic players (aka the opposite of Busquets) and a man like Pep to instruct them. It's that simple

Because right now if I miss game, I feel like i didnt really miss anything. Because we play like garbage
