This might be an oversimplification, but it doesn't matter who United have as manager until they start investing smarter. Same with Arsenal and Chelsea now as well. Fred and Sanchez were poor buys and they've been reliant on ageing players for too long without replacements.

I predict that they'll improve next season with some good signings, specifically at right back, centre back and centre midfield. Lingard, Rashford, Martial and Lukaku is a good enough attack to get top four, but what's behind them isn't.

Ole out and take 99% of the squad with him. And Woodward. Fucking numpties.

season was still a pleasant surprise considering fans thought it was well and truly over in December. Meanwhile you're running around calling yourselves CL favourites and can't even beat Young Boys or Ajax lmao. Enjoy doing absolutely nothing in the CL next season while we have European glory in the Europa League.

If Watford win the FA Cup and United finish sixth, they'll have to play EL qualifiers btw.

We aren't fighting tooth and nail though. That's what's been pissing the fans off. Team half assing the last 2 months, no desire or drive. Just lazy performances. Bunch of mercenaries.

Lukaku, Martial, Rashford, Lingard. Fred, Matic, all not good enough.

Alexis Sanchez better fuck off to China. Never want to see him in a United shirt again.

You really want him out? Do you think a different manager would've known how to motivate the bunch of mercenaries you have?

See, I think Ole is partly to blame for the underwhelming results you have been having lately. But I think your squad needs an overhaul, and as long you haven't done that, the manager, no matter who he is, will find it difficult to deliver with the squad you have right now.

I'd stick to Ole for at least another half a season and buy him the players he wants. If he's still under-performing by January next year, I would chop off his head. It would be unfair to fire him now after knocking out PSG and beating many big teams in the PL with a squad full of numpties.

oh and Woodward also gotta go.

He's a club legend and I think he deserves backing in the summer and then we'll see. It was a certain mistake to appoint him so fast though.

I'm not sure I trust Ole with transfers and the right calls though. He was all for giving Phil Jones a new contract. We need to get rid of shite like that.

Transfers post Fergie have been fucking dreadful too.

50m on fucking Fred? who greelit that? he is utter shit, large reason we're in the situation we have been is that the transfers have been so bad. too much crap in the squad.

honestly you could pick any lad on redcafe or here and the team would be in a much better spot. I was calling for us to sign Mane from Soton ffs. Instead we have Rashford and Martial who aren't even worth 1/4 of a Mane.

Tbh I don't think Mane would have turned out to be this good if he played for you instead of Pool. Mane under Mou would have probably ended up playing wingback and totally regress as a footballer

Man United need a revolution right from the upper hierarchy starting with Woodward stepping down.

Is there a team with a lower IQ than Arsenal's? hmm

I challenge someone to find a dumber set of players than Mustafi, Lichtsteiner, Sokratis, and XHAKA.

Calma with Lichtsteiner there. Legendary IQ. Can't turn around Arsenal's mentality all by himself.

I'm not watching the game, he is finished anyway so I believe you.

We really miss him though. Amazing attitude, level and consistency for us. We miss his asshole-ness on the pitch as well.

Top notch bottle job.

If Chelsea beat Arsenal in the EL final, does Arsenal get CL football? I think not, but cannot be bothered to check.

We've been mediocre all season and only the problems Chelsea and Spurs have had gave us a chance. This isn't a top four quality team. Not at all.

Chelsea getting CL football is hilarious given how bad they are. And a damning statement on the..state of United and Arsenal.

So yeah, if Chelsea win the EL what happens? do Arsenal get CL? assuming you play them in the final edit: so who gets their spot?

The PL would have four teams in the CL and three in the EL as normal. Ligue 1 get an extra CL spot, iirc.

I had no confidence getting top 4 a few weeks ago, in fact i am still in shock.

Everyone did their best to not make the top 4.
