Who will qualify to the semi-finals?
Re: UCL 18/19 [Quarter Finals] - Manchester United vs FC Barcelona
Messi will do the damage as usual. But United really should be confident after that half of getting something from it.

Horror show by ref. What is the point of evening the match with corrupt decisions? The offside for goal, how do you see that as a offside, when 5 billion people saw it 1 meter on? Fucking love VAR. End of cunts.

Barca just need to get Vidal and Dembélé on and the rest will sort itself out.

Perfect example how referees can change the flow of the game.

What did they get from it? Both sides look relatively poor. Man United conceded an own goal, missed the biggest chance of the game, and will go to Camp Nou with at least one goal conceded at home.RealGunner wrote:Messi will do the damage as usual. Despite going 0-1 down, United are doing relatively well and should be happy with the performance so far minus the goal conceded. They are physically superior to Barcelona. Faster, more stamina, stronger, winning headers, second balls. There is almost not pressure from Barça players on the second balls. I wonder if United can keep it up.
Barcelona on the other hand have been very poor with their passing but somehow managed to go one up.
Looking forward to the second half.

That Dalot miss bothering me way too much. He just let the ball hit his head and not having him head the ball, like someone who never trained to header a ball. Ever.

You can't be happy with a CL performance if you're 0:1 down at home tbh

United have done it all from 0-2 at home, 0-1 ain't nothing
I believe in Ole.
I believe in Ole.

Ashley Young has been Barca's best player, really. To think this sorry excuse for a football player is United captain these days.
Content with our display so far. McTominay's been decent. Although I do feel Barca are cautious in their approach and can up the game any time they want and score.

He's a right back. Noone knows why he is even playing at LW, commentators are tip-toeing around that monolith of bafflement because they don't want to hurt Utd fans feelings

Uncle Ole certainly isn't, he looks absolutely upset by this scoreline. Which is how it suppose to be. You're losing, happiness isn't the emotion you'll be having lol.

I'd kind of happily be 0:1 down in some CL game right now

Very poor defending from Barca. So many wrong passes near the box. Had this been Liverpool, Barca would have been 2 goals down already. I still think Man U will score in the second half. They had been all over Barca after that goal.

But you give, let's say, Lahm that chance and I am sure he is gonna header it properly. What I am trying to say is that regardless of his position, he simply looked like a guy who never trained to header a ball properly or adequately lol.

Smalling needs to be hung up and wiped for hurting Messi ffs, I thought his nose was broken, Messi is one tough mother Cant believe he was back on the field like within a miunte, blood was pouring out from his nose and his eye were red a bit swollen. Pretty sure if he stays health in this match he will do something to make up Otherwise next leg he definitely would
Man U though doing pretty good forcing us into many mistakes and struggling to play our game. We cant let it keep up though, dont wanna let them in with a chance.

Lahm scored like 3 professional goals in his whole career of 15 years, so you pretty much picked the worst possible example

What a shame United are missing Ander.
Was always a huge asset in Athletic's close games versus Barcelona. Dominated at times.

Not sure if you’re serious or joking. Anyway, I’d rather park it at home against Barca anyway and try to get something out of it than losing 10-2 on aggregate or smth like that.
On a more serious note, we’ve played much better than I expected. However, Barca seems prepared to take their chances while Rashford and Lukaku are awful. I’d dare say we were a bit better than Barca in the first half, but I can’t see us going through because we are not as good as Barca when it comes to key moments and details.
Ugly thing what happened to Messi. Should’ve been at least a yellow for Smalling. Also, Busquets has only a yellow after 3 yellow card fouls.
