Only 1 player there gets into our lineup, and even he became a player at Juve Proud

Meanwhile, Watford just went to Burnley and won 3-1.

Burnley already feeling that Europa League schedule. Reversion to the mean is going to bite them hard this season.

I mean he is inefficent but thank god for that, guy would put up insane numbers if not

he occupies a weird space for me where he's well rated but feels like he's still not given the respect he deserves

one of the PL greats for sure

As the leader of Sane FC and someone who is spot on regarding City like +95% of the time, I ain't overexaggerating when I say Sane might become more of a rotation option than a guaranteed starter compared to last season.

Not pleased about it tbh. He's one of my favourite players and one of the biggest reasons why I like watching City. Not tryna watch no 3-5-2 ffs.

You're letting your emotions get to you tbh.

They played 352 last season too, then switched to 433 with Aguero and Jesus and then finally to 433 with Aguero or Jesus.

All of which happened over a span of 2-3 months, much of which Sane was rotated in and out as was most players.

Honestly it's way too early to overreact to anything.

Sane is of course get game time. But Bernardo is a much better player than he was last season and Mahrez is fantastic too. Sane's game time will be reduced this season. But he will still get it.

if we're ranking them compared to Chievo, they're basically Real Madrid tbh

wouldn't be shocked if it's an ugly game and they get something from it

Bernardo wasn't better than him last season lol, he maybe better but he hasn't shown it yet. Besides he plays on the opposite wing if he plays on the wing so it's pretty irrelevant.

Mahrez isn't better either, inb4 his 6 months of form during Leicester winning the league is the best thing in PL history @Firenze

Mahrez title winning season was one of the best performances of the modern era and you know it, allow it

Sane will be lucky to have a season like that if he could play for 50 years

it does seem like that was an exception for Mahrez though and not his usual level, but we'll see, he's still really good

It’s even weirder that it parallels @firenze’s delusions. Every time he posts a line up his players improve despite accomplishing nothing. The numpty effect

You read it wrong. I said Bernardo is a better player than he was last season. Has improved a lot. Pep loves him. And you don't pay 60m for mahrez unless you think he is going to improve on something you have.

Both of them will eat up at least 40% of Sane's game time.

Teams push up to stop them playing out, but he just kicks it long and catches them short of numbers. So simple, but only possible because he's got such a monstrous kick.

Last season people were hyping him so much to the point I'd say he is overrated lmao so nah he is rated by people, he is a basic GK with world class passes and long balls

Do you have to go completely off the deep end? He's miles better than a basic keeper.

Only Lloris and De Gea were better than him last season.

He is overrated because of his feet don't @ me
He only had 1 big save last season vs united at OT, we put 9 past him in 3 games, he doesn't get exposed often because teams rarely attack City, he is a perfect GK for City though I have to say that but at a team like United he would be an okay GK nothing more, at a team like City he thrives

U don't even watch football so gtfo, u only judge him based on other people hyping him

He hasn't proved that yet though, I just think people are overreacting tbh.

Based on the beginning of last season Aguero and Jesus would start every game, Sane would play wing back if he did play and they'd play 3 at the back.

None of which happened long term, reacting to the first two games of the season is incredibly premature.

I watched the PL until like January last year and I've watched every game so far. So you're going to have to resort something a little less boring and more creative than jumping on the herp derp he doesn't watch bandwagon.

Simply because you have nothing better to say. He barely makes mistakes, he's a good shot stopper and has good control of his box.

You don't need to watch 38 games to know this, well except the mistakes yeah but I haven't seen anyone criticise him for that.

Calling him a basic keeper is absolute nonsense, he's very good in all aspects not as good as De Gea or Lloris but very good none the less.

Your description fits Claudio Bravo though.
