Polarization between Higuain and benzema is rampant obviously.

In the end, Benz did well. Took his chances. All of them were tough angle shots... The one on one was easier, but he pushed his control just a tad too far and left. Set up the goal. Wait until about a month to a month and half into preseason. He's a rhythm guy and will hit his stride 100% at that point.

Benzema's shot accuracy is horrible. Higuain could've scored a hattrick with those chances.

Coentrao in mid is a waste of talent.

Varane was exceptional but the defense in the first half was shaky (Carvalho?)

Ozil to me was the outstanding player.

Benz was wasteful in front goal and had an overall poor game.

No chances in the first half other than bad angle shots and the one-on-one missed by CR7. Benz missed a one-on-one in the second half. Everything else was tough angle shots.

It's preseason. Flow is more important. Few notes:
- Midfield is a wreck without Sahin, Alonso and Khedira obviously
- Marcelo needs to overlap more. He was lazy tonight
- Varane is beasting so far
- CR7 is CR7
- Kaka and Ozil cannot play together
- We need Di Maria to play the right side because we're waaay too left-handed right now lol

Ronaldo was getting himself involved well within the game, with some nice link ups, he respects his team mates more. he created a beautiful opening at the beginning of the game.

benzema was a bit disappointing tho

I think Kaka and Ozil can play together, but not with Benzema, and they need someone dictating the rhythm from deep.

Yeah... the 100+ misses by Higuain in Copa America are proof of that. And those games actually counted too.

Do you guys even look to see the angles of the shots? All but one was from tough angles. If he was in season form, he buries at least one for sure. But it's his second preseason game and he's a rhythm player. He made the runs, created opportunities and took his shots. His one-on-one miss was because his control was tad off.

Sportsczy, wut happened this match? due to circumstances that screwed me over, i wasnt able to see the match.

How was the benz? has he scored or its still preseason and he just made an assist to compensate for not scoring?
Who was MotM? I wud like a summary if u've the time.

benz took on some tough angle shots that was on well on target, should have done better with the 1v1 but his first touch threw off the shot, some poor touches here and there, can see he is LACKING match practice but that should work it self out after a few more matches, no need to overreact
