ARTHUR
Amazing player. He reminds me of Xavi. Same 360 degree turn. Apparently Barca signed him for 30 M.
Arthur- Coutinho another xaviesta era for Barca and Brazil. They gonna rule the word football with tiki taka.

Re: ARTHUR
He looks good in highlight. Potential. Since i dont rate Germio league , we will see how effective he will be in Liga. His age is the only good factor in this deal. Also hope no shady deal with Brazil folks this time.

Re: ARTHUR
Never thought I'd be optimistic, after so many years of success we have had, but if this guy is anywhere close to as good as ppl say, and what we have now improves, while Messi and Suarez keeps at it, we gonna be good for a while to come

some rando from Brazil already being proclaimed as the next Xavi
what could go wrong
at least we can safely say he won't have the ego a lot of Brazilians have since he hasn't given himself some extravagant nickname and kept his pleb one

A few months ago, I read that Messi was a fan of Arthur, but I've heard very little else about him. Even 17 year old, Victoriusudus has garnered more hype than him If this guy turns out to be anything above Rakitic level, I'll gladly use an avatar of your choice for a month

He even failed that test
From Wikipedia his name is Arthur Henrique Ramos de Oliveira Melo. He chose Melo instead of Ramos de Oliveira.

Re: ARTHUR
King Arthur.
I hope he turns out to be good because we haven't had a technical CM in anyone since Xavier left.

Re: ARTHUR
Average ball control
Slow
spacial awareness seems average
seems more of a dribbler than controller
has too much space and still makes bad decisions
I can find a video of Denilson at 18 who looked twice the player than this guy.
imagine calling average players the next xavi lol. There are 5 better talents in madrid alone

Re: ARTHUR
His ball control is terrific and people in Brazil have been praising his spacial awareness and football IQ for years as a talent mature beyond his years.
Outta here RG, he's one of the best talents in football, Brazilians have been raving about him a couple years now

Re: ARTHUR
Watched the clip now. It just looks like a slower Jorginho, in the way he moves, without the great passes.

Re: ARTHUR
21 years old still playing in Brasil.. as an outstanding talent I'm sure he's absolutely dominating the lea.. oh nevermind, 6.96 on whoscored
Quality aside I watched a few minutes of that video and not only does he look poor, he also is nothing like Xavi. Trainwreck of a thread imo.

So much negativity. Yet another fantastic addition to Barcelona's list of exceptionally exceptional signings in recent time. Xavi will sleep well tonight, knowing that he'll finally be able to pass on the baton of Barca DNA.

Xavi himself has mentioned it countless times when Barca have been interested in a player from another top team He recently claimed that City are playing "with the DNA of Barcelona". He also said that some African kid dubbed as the "African Xavi" has Barca DNA. If it looks good, it probably has Barca DNA. Might be wrong, though.

i think they should do a DNA test on all new born babys so barca can pay some child maintenance for the first 15 years.Thimmy wrote:Unique wrote:who came up with that barca DNA crapThimmy wrote:So much negativity. Re: ARTHUR
If he becomes anything like Xavi and this forum is still around, I'll become a Tottenham, Jjuve and Bayern supporter for at least a year.
- Spoiler:
- Because the Zigra-Whoscored eye test tells me he'll get no higher than Rakitic level
