Re: Premier League 17-18 Discussion Part 4
I expected Spurs to be more physical than us. That's how our recent derbies have gone against them. We bullied them at times, which was really surprising.
We got some luck with the refereeing decisions as well. Free-kick for the first goal was great defending from Davinson Sanchez, not a free-kick at all. Could argue Lacazette is very marginally offside for the second, too.
Alli and Kane either weren't fit or just plain bad. Maybe both. Llorente and Son did much better than they did.
Sign of the times, but that felt amazing. I'm going to enjoy this for a while, even though we'll probably struggle at Burnley next week.

Deserved win for Arsenal, who were undoubtedly the better side today, but I can't help but feel that the 2 goals were scrubby and entirely lucky the ref didn't go against them.

Not watching but City and Leicester sounds like one big midfield battle lol.

You haven’t been spoiled, that’s a scene from the first season when Robb gets crowned King in the Norf.

Agreed pace merchant
Unlucky for Southampton as Salah strikes his 13th goal of the season. He needs to work on his finishing you know.

Man C still on fire Sterling turning into a play maker for that first goal, its great to see. De Bruyne with yet another top goal Wish Silva's finishing is better, if so he would score a lot of goals than he does.
