I see Pep has benched Jesus
Clear sign he still doesn't know his best XI.

Re: Premier League 17-18 Discussion Part 2
that's literally ALL they do now
they seem incapable of creating chances without an aerial ball into the box
I mean it's clearly working and Morata is a monster in the air
gotta be boring to watch though

Sane scoring again. 5 goals this season and he's come on in a sub in most games.
Has +20 goal potential. Amazing off the ball movement. Reminds me of CR/Henry mix.
Still remember when some posters on here didn't rate him.
He's scored 1 goal every 2 matches since joining City, and most of those games had him playing very wide beside the left touchline. Unreal talent.

The team that won the CL twice in a row is one of the biggest cross merchants in history. Not surprised to see other teams start spamming them as well.

So this just happened to Wayne Rooney and Martin Atkinson let play carry on while he was on the floor.

On Sane though, i do think he's still a raw talent tbh.
His decision making leaves a lot to be desired on the ball sometimes, although his movement off the ball and finishing is fantastic.
If he can learn to make better decisions when dribbling and passing he'll be world class.

Soton woken up in the second half. We're fortunate to be 1-0 up atm.
Need to double check the stat I heard though, Soton have only scored 1 goal from open play in the last15 hrs at home.
Still remember when Mehrie A fanboys try to claim that Gabbiadini is tearing the league up

Every time i look at Southampton to seem to draw or lose but still end up top half.
Not sure how that's even possible.

Sterling has been really good and at times dosnt't get enough credit. However, his decision making at times is a hit or miss, he shoots a lot directly at the GK and can work on his passing a little more.

So does Sane tbh, but he doesn't get anywhere near the same criticism.
I was mainly laughing because some Arsenal fans on here didn't want him
You are starting Welbeck and regens lads.

Sterling is trash. Even Alvaro Morata would score those goals at home against the worst team in the league in a dead game.

He'd walk into your team lol.
Double figures in goals and assists last year while you are starting trash like Iwobi and Welbeck.
Urban pls.
