We are usually great after a loss. This was a win but I think the frustration still counts. We'll be tired so I expect changes. Dybala is rested and gonna go hard as well.
Higuain - Dybala
Mandzukic - Khedira - Marchisio - Cuadrado
Asamoah - Chiellini - Rugani - Lichtsteiner

7 games left to play and 4 points ahead
I think we are good if we get 15/21 pts, Napoli has a tough calendar
The key match is obviously sunday april 22nd, Juventus vs Napoli, pinnacle of this season

Poor performance and a shitty result. I only managed to watch the second half but it shouldn't have been much different play on first half.
Now we play the game of the season vs. Napoli. We need atleast a draw while they will come full strength as they gor nothing to lose.Hopefully we don't field a ultra defensive team.We need to play it like vs. Real Madrid style or we are going to lose this scudetto from our hands.

We play Napoli Inter Milan (Coppa) and then Roma god damn it.
If we don't win vs. Napoli things could get messy for real.
Inter and Roma will give us headaches as they play for CHL spots. While Milan being out of CHL for next year would try hard for Coppa.

We also have nothing else to play for
We enter the final sprint 100% focus i think. Today was just a reminder that it's time to wake up. Our troops are much better than 1-1 vs Crotone.
About the Coppa final it's the match i think we might drop. Just a feeling.

This^
Its the final stretch and we are the best at this. Its a really tough scheduled, a lot tougher than Napoli's so it will go down the wire, but I think we make it.
I think we win the CI final too.

It's going to be intense, that's for sure.
The responsibility is on Napoli to come to Torino and beat us, so I like that. I would feel so much better if we won tonight in a very winnable situation but such is this season.
These next two matches with Napoli and Inter decide the season for us, that's fine. I think looking at the schedule and seeing how the table was progressing, we all expected this. If we take 4 points like we did in the first half of the season, while beating Napoli again, then I would consider that a success

Beating Napoli and drawing Inter would be a big success. That would put us at 89 points with 3 games to play for and at least +6 over Napoli.
We'll definitely beat Bologna and Verona. 2 points vs Napoli and Inter would be the minimum to stay on track for the scudetto.

Howedes is the favorite to start over Barzagli as right-back vs Napoli. Asamoah could start as left-back. (Sky)
Mandzukic & Dybala are competing for a starting role vs Napoli. (Sky)
Interesting. Höwedes was a beast against Samp and he should definitely be starting over Barzagli for sure.
I'd drop Dybala for this game tbh and maybe he can get an extended run in the 2nd half.

Id surely start Dybala. No doubt. Napoli isn't a rough team. Dybala does well against them. Napoli will be passing like usual and we need outlets from the back. Dybala (passing) and Mandzukic (long ball) are our best at that. I'd start them both plus one of Costa/Cuadrado. 4-4-2. We won't beat Napoli with the ball, might as well play the guys that are effective at getting us out jams and striking hard.

I feel sorry for the fans who went to see this Napoli game. What a shame. Allegri clearly did not want to win this one.

The second half was a major waste. Poor from Allegri. Napoli by then end weren't even good and we still didn't go for the win.

I think this is the worst match I've ever seen from us and I mean that
Not because we lost but because of how we played
Second to every ball, less quality, no leadership on the field, misplacing simple passes, outworked, our only goal scoring chance was a deflected free kick
Losing Chiellini didn't help because we were forced to use a substitute, even worse to use it on Lichtsteiner
The midfield was ran off the field, our attack couldn't even see the ball
Deserved to lose and we lost, I'm not even upset. You don't deserve to win these games

The first half was good, we played well and were comfortable. If the game had continued like that we would have won.
The second one was a disaster. How were we that bad? why did Allegri take Dybala off? Khedira too invisible, Matuidi barely useful. Costa didn't do anything right. Cuadrado wasted a great opportunity. Only a handful of the players were up to it.
Allegri's tactics in the second half were poor. The players let us down too but they were not given the best chance to win. The comfort of being able to draw ruined him.

I'm not too sure why Dybala came off, and more so, why he came off so early. I don't think he was amazing in the first half, nor was he terrible, but the bigger thing is it's very unlike Allegri to make such an early, crucial, substitution and it was the wrong one
We definitely went for a draw

The talk before the match was that he wasn't 100% fit. I hope its because of that, otherwise its terrible.

What a shameful performance. One of the worst games of this season and given how important it was it makes things even worse.
The team looked tired and clueless.First half was poor and the second was just terrible.
Now our chances to win the Scudetto are less than 50% imo.
We have a much more difficult schedule and Napoli's team spirit is at a all time high.
Inter is next and they will play their match of season vs us for sure. Not only they need points for a CHL spot but they will be happy to give Napoli a hand and ruin our party.

Napoli has momentum now but they still have some tricky fixtures to contend with
Fiorentina away, Torino, Sampdoria away
Obviously we have a more difficult schedule but it's ours to lose now. We either win out, or lose the scudetto

If we go with that coward approach or let's be safe first approach Allegri did tonight we'll say goodbye to our 7th in a row scudetto.
It looked like we were going for a draw tonight and the usual story of last minute goals. The team also looked a bit tired and that's what worries me the most.
We must go full beast mode for both Roma and Inter. The way the things are going for those CHL spots means none of them will make life easy for us.

The team did look tired. Everyone is worn out at this point.
We need to rely more on Marchisio and Bentancur. Not having Pjanic being the only one out there doing everything.
Bernardeschi as well. He was clutch as hell before the injury. Lets see him again.

My review is very similar to Rincon's
In first half we did what we had to do. Defend, defend and defend again. I expected this strategy to drain Napoli's energy and morale. So i was satisfied.
Second half ? You'd expect a change of mentality, after a defensive 1st half Max sould have gone pedal to the metal in 2nd half. Fast counter attacks and at least try to control possession. Not defensive followed by defensive until we concede ffs.
Pjanic & Khedira just drag back to our zone whenever the opponent gets the ball, so instead of defending at 40% we defend at 25% and concede threatening long shots & through balls. Aaaand now we're in trouble. *bleep* me. This loss is on the coach.

Re: Juventus 2017/2018 Serie A and Coppa Italia thread
In previous seasons, one of our strengths was playing against the press. We played out the ball much better, Bonucci was a big part of that acting as an extra midfielder at times, and then of course prior to that we had quality passers in the midfield in Pogba, Marchisio, and before them, Vidal and Pirlo.
Now we have been exposed a few times this season for what we are. This match was the reverse of the Lazio match that we won on the 93rd through Dybala but this time Napoli got us but it was a thoroughly deserved victory for them.
The difference between the match tonight was not a Koulibaly header, it was the midfield and their press killing us
