Yes, because Donnarumma is better.
Also, he was fouled and Marquinhos was too sleepy to give him a clear line

Re: Donnarumma makes his fortune at PSG
According to the ref, the 2 linesman, the 4th official and VAR, he was not fouled.
Honestly, Donna should have done what any sane keeper does and clear his fucking ball out instead of that nonsense. Shit, he was never that skillful to begin with so I'm shocked he even attempted such things.
Anyway, Milan is doing fine without him so it's fine from their perspective (Milan fans that is).

No idea why Donna was playing instead of Navas who's a proven elite and CL giant.
Not saying Donna is a bad goalie, but Navas at his best is an absolute monster.
Not complaining though, as a Madrid fan, I was glad Donna was the one playing instead.

Keeping Navas on the bench against Real is on Pochettino. WTF man
Getting kicked out by this trahs Real .. about as moronic and unacceptable a loss as Bayern against Inter 2011

Re: Donnarumma makes his fortune at PSG
lol donna wasnt fouled, i'm thinking he's actually not a great goalie tbh. that first goal was this mindset that media coaches and fans have bought into that the goalie is an additional player and should use his feet. like certain goalies are even ashamed to blast the ball. no foul @ all, i dont get why psg's director is crying. if the goalie wants to be an outfield player, then the opposing team has every right to tackle or mark him like an outfielder. the striker only respects the goalie's position if the goalie has the ball in his grasp or clutches.

He already got himself into trouble before Benz clattered into him. I think that pass to Vini was happening either way IMO

Re: Donnarumma makes his fortune at PSG
Might be a good time for Poch to give Navas the gloves after he recovers from the flu and see firsthand why Madrid were able to win so much with him.
It might also be a good time for the PSG board to take a deep breath and ask themselves why the fuck did they go for Donna when they already have a confirmed elite head breaker between the sticks.
And since clearly Donna is not smart enough to make his own choices why didn't his agent advise him that moving to PSG may not be the smartest of choices?
EDIT: nevermind, I just checked who his agent is. It all makes sense now.

Re: Donnarumma makes his fortune at PSG
Surely first time a goal keepers error eliminated a team from CL and World Cup in a weeks time?

Maybe it's just me... but I thought the North Macedonian goal was very well taken. That was not an error.

Re: Donnarumma makes his fortune at PSG
Agree with Sports, that was a very good goal.
I don't really agree with the technical criticisms Donnarumma gets. Fabulous keeper tbh. I don't think he's #1 (that's still Oblak for me), but I don't consider him overrated in the slightest.

It wasn't an error, but it could have been saved by a more athletic GK. Donnarumma was standing in a sub-optimal position and his attempt at saving it was pathetic.
