Vinicius derangement syndrome has reached ridiculous levels. Somehow Yamal getting racially abused is being used as an opportunity to throw a jab at Vini As if he's responsible for Madrid fan behavior.

If anything this is a reminder that racism in stadiums is a nationwide issue that doesn't spare anyone, not even a Spanish NT hero. So maybe cool it with the victim blaming campaign against Vini and stop minimizing the problem of racism in Spain.

I really cannot believe what I've just seen. Rodri had more of a claim last season bit even then Haaland should've won it.

They only reason I can think of are Jude and Vini splitting vote but Spain NT have swept the awards. So it's not only Vini getting robbed.

Bellingham being in the race is a bit of a joke. Without his PR machine he's good but not great. Vini also probably lost because Bellingham split the Real vote.

Kinda like how in 2010 Xavi and Iniesta split the "A Spaniard should win the award after they won the WC" narrative and Messi ended up taking it.
