this....its why i was against firing carlo. when u have the squads respect they play more for you. zizou definitely has that, and at this point, its not like he's still living off the "i was a great player" respect that they had for him when he first got in. there are debates over starting and game time, but generally it seems they like his personality as well as his authority. at madrid that's just as important, probably maybe even more important than tactical witts alone
