Poverty Water Ducks vs 5 times European Champions
Swans usually mate for life, though "divorce" does sometimes occur, particularly following nesting failure. If a mate dies, the remaining swan will take up with another; however, if all goes well in the pairing, they indeed will stay together for life.
Team news:
Everyone's fit.
Sakho has to be sold asap
Gomez will be back in October.
Expected team:
idk the situation of Daniel Sturridge here so idk the team as well.
So guys imo this is a challenge.
We were amazing as we got El Mehmehdehy sent off soon enough to dictate the entire game. But i personally feel, The major test is doing that away. We lost to Burnley away. So if we beat these poverty ducks at their Migratory stadium imo ill believe.
Hope we win

Six games in and we still haven't kept a clean sheet in the league, at some point that's going to start costing us. Feel like this is exactly the sort of match that we would win if we just keep a clean sheet, but if Swansea score I can see them getting a result.

I hope we start with Origi or Sturridge. Being at home, Swans will be adventurous and will leave space between the line for the likes of Sturridge to exploit.
Also, a clean-sheet would be appreciated.

tbf the only small teams we've played are Burnley and Hull. Other than that i'd expect to concede against Arsenal, Spurs, Leicester and Chelsea.
But yeah we aren't supposed to concede for fun.

Re: Poverty Water Ducks vs 5 times European Champions
since the game against ManUtd will be a tricky one, which we will play directly after the break. This fixture will be very important for us to get three points.
And I am already loving the fact that Klopp is drilling this professionalism and hardwork no matter who the opponents are. I can already see the shift in the mindset after the Hull game.
The best thing for the club right now is Firmino, Mane, Lallana, Coutinho, Sturridge and Origi are all hungry because they know, one flip and they will be directly on the bench for the next game. I seirously dont rememebr that we ever had such healthy competition for the places in last few years.
I just might drop Firmino for this game and play Studge up front. We need pace and accurate finishes in such away games.

I think we should play the same team we put out v hull. its not like we have much of a plan b anyway. infact the way we play should work better away from home anyway. we all know we are weak at the back so the fast press all out attack is the best way to go for us. we are playing well at the minute but we are not a team that can play bad and win. we are either top class or piss poor.

Can't wait for Klopp to tear Moaninho a new one. But that's gotta wait a bit longer.

We've scored 24 goals in 8 games. (16 in the league)
Go back last season under Rodgers we'd had scored 6 (4 in the league)...
Our defence has slightly improved aswell... most of the goals conceded have been individual mistakes rather than structural / systematic. And we finally have Karius now. It'll only get better with a settled defence. Even if we do concede, I can't see us losing this one. Swansea have been very poor this season and don't play very well against us.
EDIT: Important we have our eyes against Swansea and not look at United for now. One game at a time. No doubt Klopp will be saying this. These are the games we need to be winning.

Re: Poverty Water Ducks vs 5 times European Champions
RA you need to get over this shit of comparing everything under Klopp to everything under Rodgers. You can not justify 'Klopp doing good' because see 'Brenton fella did so bad' . That is such a poverty mentality. As I said before, no one gives a **** how he is doing compared to Rodgers.
Klopp had his own time to settle down last season and pre season also, so Art has a valid point there about the clean sheets. And IF we do not improve on that, no doubt we will lose points at some stage.

Lucas doesn't take a heavy touch and we have a lean sheet.
Milner doesn't mis-control a simple ball, no corner=clean sheet.
Lallana/Hendo follow Matic's run instead of falling a sleep=clean sheet.
If the errors were systemic then it would be a worry and a problem that we can't keep clean sheets. But these are individual errors and they happen from time to time.
Getting a clean sheet just for the sake of clean sheets make no sense. Who cares, as long as we win.

I wouldn't necessarily be disappointed, since Liverpool isn't the team I support.Myesyats wrote:Sri wrote:Can't wait for Klopp to tear Moaninho a new one. But that's gotta wait a bit longer.

Honesty is the best policy. I have a soft spot for Klopp and a lot of you. But I don't owe allegiance to Liverpool as a club. Not after being a gooner for over a decade. However, I still take time to drop by here and wish your lot well on a regular basis, and that is also honest.iftikhar wrote:BrutusSri wrote:I wouldn't necessarily be disappointed, since Liverpool isn't the team I support.Myesyats wrote:

I personally have nothing but respect for Sri. Someone who owes Liverpool nothing but is often contributing positively and supporting when he can. One of my favourite posters tbh.

Alright alright. Swansea are piss poor and barely above relegation. Stop being so cynical!
Plus, you have the international break as well to prep for when United have to wipe Moaninho off the floor.
