It's a shame MT would find Zodiac boring otherwise that's a larger than life story.

The greatest mystery thriller of all time imo (unless Memento is that genre). MT would've probably rated Zodiac 2/10 "unrealistic they didn't catch him, maybe they should just kill all the suspects"

Because it happens in an airplane and then there is an investigation?

Because Flight was inspired the events, I think. Flight had a better actor, and story though. The real story of Sully isn't really that impressive outside of his amazing achievement. In Flight they took the same kind of story but got him high on cocaine.

8.5/10 for Phone Booth. Loved it. Didn't realise the sniper guy was Jack Bauer.

The Road (2009)
I liked this film. But it was depressing AF. I get what the film was trying to show. It was a good message. Might be the bleakest post-apoc conditions I have seen anywhere.
I am not sure about the ending though. I think I would feel different if I had kids. What he did for his son was nothing but what someone like Jesus would do.
7.5/10

If you want more post apoc, try out 12 Monkeys and Mad Max: The Road Warrior.

Get in lad
The visuals/cinemtography were wonderful.
Read the book now if you have the time. The relationship is much deeper and intense there. The ending is similar in the book though. It just fleshes it out more, which could be a good thing or bad thing for you, dunno
- Spoiler:
- What do you feel and think? Was the new family safe for the boy or are they cannibals?

Not surprised MT didn't like Green Room.
It's a very sub-genre specific film. Takes the right mood to really enjoy it.
I found it just above average after one watch, mind.

I love 12 monkeys. Not see any of the older Mad Max films though.

Yea I thought the pacing was excellent. Saw few discussions that people found it really slow but I thought it was perfect.
- Spoiler:
It's hard to say. I thought that guy was a cannibal. His wife said "we have been following you for a long time" and that's creepy af. But they also had a dog though and if they were cannibals then he would have been long gone.
I think the author of the book wanted to imply that it was a good ending. So we should just trust him. His father wanted to take him south so that there might be something better there and that family was it.

The second Mad Max is a classic. One of the best post apoc and action movies of all time. The first one is a great origin story.
