De Rossi with a GOAT interview on Roma pride. This man is too much  Molenation . It will be a sad day when he retires. I'm glad he got to win the World Cup in 06, the NT will miss him too.

Maicon Bruno Peres is gone to Roma, De Silvestri should replace him , while Maksmimovic escaped towards the Serbia because he doesn't want to stay in Torino anymore.

An American group headed by Frank Cascio is negotiating to buy Citta' di Palermo from Zamparini. Best thing that could happen to that club.

“It’s all about the matter of being a Roman. Sometimes on my couch I think, ‘If I were not born in Rome, I would never be a Roma fan. I would never feel this sort of debt, this duty, to my fans, to my people, to my city.’

"The one feeling bigger than the pride you feel when you play for Rome is the sadness you feel without Rome.”

“What’s more ambitious, a player who will want to go to win the Champions League in Real Madrid, or one who wants to win the league in Rome? Roma never won a lot of titles. In 90 years, we won three. It’s been hard. I think a great ambition could be also to try to win where nobody ever won. It’s more difficult.

“When you are a child, it’s different than how you come to be a Roma fan when you’re an adult. The adults now live with this pressure, this anxiety. It’s like work.

“Roma fans, they have some problems at home because of money, because of their child, and another problem could be also Roma’s season. It’s the other side of the coin, all these problems, these anxieties, these concerns about Roma’s fate. But we live with a pride, a pride to be Roma fans. They recognize themselves in us, me and Francesco.”

I need a De Rossi shirt before he retires, maybe it will be a NT one. I have Totti's Roma one already.

First goal of the season Diego Perotti with a penalty committed on Dzeko.

Speaking of Perotti now...

Manolas, Emerson and El Shaarawy subbed out for rest between them all.

This team plays an excellent game.

Perotti's introduction definitely made the difference. We were ok prior to that, but really had trouble creating clear cut chances. That changed completely with Perotti.

Prior to the goal glut, I actually thought Udinese looked better than Porto did.

Thought the same. Porto got completely outplayed in the first half. Udinese was doing some good things but just couldn't keep up. Then Perotti made the team play click.

I expected Udinese to be tough, but wasn't expecting that type of aggressiveness in the first half. If that's what we can expect from teams like that this season then wins like this will continue to be less straightforward. Patience is key for us. We tend to break down after a time if we don't break down our opponents.

Oh and Peres looks like money well spent, as expected. He and Salah did what they wanted on that flank all game.

Emerson looked bad again. The rest of the defense was good. Paredes was the worst of the midfielders, who all had great games. Salah was motm for me. Salah, Perotti, Nainggolan.

Too many crosses after the initial push.

At least we look extremely solid, Fiore hasn't had 1 chance or shot yet.

Dybala-Alves is awesome but Alves needs to calm down a bit. He is trying too many dribbles, too many flick ons, if Fiore were better positioned on the field they might have threatened in one of his misses. He looks too anxious.

Alex Sandro looks absolutely fantastic. Mandzukic too, maybe our best player so far. Him or Dybala.
