Ramsey's touch before his assist was better than any touch Neymar has managed in his whole life.

Ramsey is easily the Player of the tournament if Wales win this

Catastrophic pass by Allen forces Ramsey into a yellow - would miss a possible semi.

Allen has made these stupid passes way too many times.
Ramsey out of the semi. Wales are done.
Joke rule though. 2 yellow cards in 5 matches and you miss the semi?

Did you see that absolutely outrageous, disgustingly wrong yellow card Hummels got aagainst slowakia?
So basically ONE yellow card for him and he misses the semi.
Boateng too and a few others.

I can't stand the yellow card accumulation rule. It's so bad for this reason. Red cards make perfect sense but 2 yellows... come on bruh

Re: QF: Wales vs Belgium (July 1st)
Wales are going to miss Ramsey in the Semis. He basically played up top next to Kanu and Bale in midfield. Not good because Bale needs to be involved as he is the only one who can dribble past players without losing it in stupid positions.
Pepe vs Bale

Wales were weak in the group stages and R16 . They somehow upped their level multiples times this game.Art Morte wrote:lol at everyone writing Wales off. You guys should just listen to me when it comes to this football thingy
Re: QF: Wales vs Belgium (July 1st)
Well Belgium are overrated. Doesnt help that they have the European Dunga as their manager

Shame for Ramsey to miss the semifinal , he is even more important than Bale for Wales

Wales weren't weak, they were decent. But my point before the match was that Belgium are not a great team despite having some great individuals and that their defence is suspect and that this gives Wales a chance - and both points were proven right

Re: QF: Wales vs Belgium (July 1st)
Belgium might have been put in one of the worst defensive performances I've seen from a favourite in a tournament quarter-final. Lukaku was simply disastrous at left-back and Denayer was hardly better.
This wasn't simply about poor play from Belgium though, Wales truly surprised me with their reaction to conceding. They pinned Belgium back and put them under sustained pressure in order to gain their equaliser, even if it was from a poorly defended set piece.
Hard to believe this was the team which seemed to lack all composure on the ball against England and which seemed to rely so heavily upon two players. Ramsey will be sorely missed but this performance was at least an indication that others in the side can step up and make a difference. Even if this proves to be as far as they can go, it's been a terrific achievement to reach the semi-finals, fair play to them.
