Which teams will go through? (Choose 2, please)
Re: EURO 2016 France - Group F
LMAO Rekt by a team of plumber Joes.
Ronaldo with his usual donkey performances if he isn't put in a super team creating 20 chances per game for him on a platter. Worst "great" player I've seen in my lifetime and I've seen Neymar play.

You know when things will get really interesting? If Iceland win against Hungary and Portugal and Austria only reach a draw ^^

Re: EURO 2016 France - Group F
Well, it is unlikely that both of Portugal and Austria get kicked out. After all, the 4 best 3rd place teams go through, too
This is the most retarded part of the tournament.Takes away all the fun of seeing a good team potentialially kicked out by a weaker team altogether.
Man wouldn't have it just been a better idea to have 8 groups of 3 teams each with the winner of each group going through to the knockout phases?

5 % of Iceland's entire population was in the stadium today. How do they even have a football team?

Re: EURO 2016 France - Group F
Question is how the f did they qualify while some decent Balkan sides and Holland have missed out?
They look a really poor team to me.Not much skill in that team imo.

ESPN kept saying 10%. Clearly Harmonica needs to clarify this.

How many years until Portugal sees a decent striker ?
I mean hurray ! they finally got rid of them Helder Postiga/Hugo Almeida scams... but is Eder for real ? This has been the perpetual flaw of the Portugal nt.

Well less than 0.5% of India's population is in Iceland and we still don't have football team

ZDF said 10% of the population were traveling with the team, but probably not all of them got into the stadium.

Let's not forget that Iceland nearly qualified for WC2014 as well. They have a pretty good team tbh

Re: EURO 2016 France - Group F
I heard there were 8000 islandic supporters in the stadium, so that's 2,5% of their entire population , but i also heard that 10% are going to travel to France for the Euros.Big thumbs up for Iceland! Much better than our nt, finland. Our nt is pathetic. And i would really like to comment that you'd expect a player of Cronaldo's calibre to stand out in these kind of games, one of his worst performances i've seen playing for nt.It's either hungary or iceland going through to quarters, underdogs all the way to final

Ronaldo:
"They celebrated like they had won the Euro cup or something. That's a small mentality. That's why they'll do nothing."
"Iceland only tried to defend... they had two chances and then did not try to score."
So much salt.

Re: EURO 2016 France - Group F
I actually like the new Euro format, everyone plays with the belief they can actually advance. Haven't seen a bad game.
Not sure why Ronaldo is so arrogant. He has always lacked humility but bruh
And why is he talking about winning a Euro cup, it's not like he has any idea what that feels like either

He's seen how a team celebrates when they win in person. Which is what he's comparing it to.

Also love how everyone praises Iceland etc. now. If they end up winning the whole thing they won't be loved the same way.
They're playing like prime Greece.

I make it a point not to get into these discussions with other members of this site
but did you really just call me ignorant in defense of Ronaldo's words, who is clearly ignorant to the significance of a team like Iceland making it to the Euro and coming from behind to equalize against Portugal at the Euros and earn a point?
Lord have mercy
