How highly do you rate Carrasco ?

Is he still the same headless chicken from Monaco or did Simeone work some magic on him ? 
Danilo made him look like prime Zidane at some points .

He still does headless stuff and tends to not look up when he passes the ball but as an impact sub, he does wonders. Danilo did make him look like Figo out there but I really do not like taking away from a good performance.

lol danilo also made draxler look like prime nedved. danilo has given us some nostalgic moments via some of the players he's marked, made us remember our fav players of old....but to be fair to the kid (danilo) that is, he showed effort today, at least he ran back on time. and i think he was the one who recovered the ball when modric had that uncharacteristic slip (i think it was him, can't remember now)....i never saw carrasco play at monaco, at atleti, he's still rough around the edges

Yesterday he sure was impressing: many skill moves, lots of speed, decent sense of play and of course a GOLAZO !!
I do not watch la Liga... but from his appearances in CL, ive found him to be more solid and a better overall player than i thought.

There's a reason that he isn't a sure fire starter, maybe Simeone doesn't rate him or his workrate isn't up to par (@Onyx) or something but yesterday he's one of the few that showed up for Atleti

Koke is better, i think its as simple as that.
Fernandez wasn't having a great match, so in second half Simeone subs him off for YFC and switch Koke to center. That strategy worked against Bayern in semis. Carrasco brings punch on the left side because he is faster. Koke is more of a playmaker and they needed a goal.

He was headless at Monaco. Better now although he doesn't start because he's predictable. Really can't play any other way than in a straight line... making progress though.

If by headless you guys mean selfish then I agree with that. If Simeone's dissatisfied with him then I'd want him back at Monaco.

His turn of pace is unbelievable. He's such a live wire. I think someone like him is the most perfect attacking player to bring off the bench if you're struggling to score. He instantly adds 'oomph' to your game.

Dahoud doesn't replace Henderson in the side. Press resistant DM like Weigl or Paredes will replace Hendo eventually.
Dahoud is most similar to Lallana's role so he'll probably compete for that position and Can/Gini position.

Rate Carrasco highly and I think the way Simeone has been managing him has been brilliant, similar to how he managed Griezmann at the start. Making him really work to get starts and often coming off the bench.
The ridiculous pace, aggression when taking on markers, relentless dribbling and his willingness to shoot. He can easily become amongst the best wingers in the world in a few years if he keeps up his rate of improvement.

He was called a headless chicken because he played like one. That was quite true but this season, he grew as a player and now does good player things. Quite like him and whilst he can be an impact sub as James described, he is definitely starter material now.

All offensive wingers are headless chickens anyway. World Class now surely but he was already a force at Monaco. Always shows up in the big games too.

I was in the bank lobby and we had a small conflict that eventually led to his head slightly blown off. From my point of view, I think the teller was a very good person and brave professional.
