Pretty sure Barcelona would snatch a win despite Victor having the upper hand on Lucho when it comes to tactics. Think the Valencia match but with some of those chances actually finished off.

I think if we play and come out and attack like we did vs Valencia we should in theory get the win. They need to sharpen up, especially in defense and in the midfield, and while Deportivo is a pain in the ass to play against they are also not on the level of Sociedad or Valencia in terms of quality around the pitch. That said, I'm not taking there chances lightly, as the teams moral seems super low at the moment so anything is possible.
My only real thought is, if we are to turn this thing around, this is the match to do it. We lose this match and we lost the league and we should seriously consider Lucho's job

My worry is we getting hanged up in memories of past matches and God forbid if we concede early, players might drop shoulders or freeze. LE should tell players, look guys we fked up things no doubt but there still is so much to do and turn the tables. So let's forget the recent results and play this like normal match. Just get the freaking 3 points and move on.

Missed the game because of exams but wow
Saw this coming though tbh. No way we were going to lose this one, or even draw

woot woot!
OBviously extremely happy with the way the team have responded. I like how LE says its now everything aside and all we know is we need to win the next five games and we are champions. If the team keeps upping their level it shouldnt be a problem.
However we shouldnt get carried away again, Deportivo did create chances and our defense can be suspect again, but Depor were just very poor today, any other team thats more decent and had more hunger or performed better could have given us trouble.
Anyway, finally a good day, enjoyed it
Oh and Suarez just two behind CR now, maybe he can beat him to the Pichichi

After watching all the last 6 games i can say that Suarez is the same Suarez. Neymar and Messi is not same Neymar and Messi. each scored lucky 1 goal in 8-0 rampage and looked ordinary. This must be the reason why barca struggled in last games. Suarez always was Suarez running pressing moving into positions. But Neymar and Messi are the only 2 creative forces.when their engine fails team also fails. seems they have mental problems

I only saw the second half. In it, his passing was one dimensional. I am not questioning his ability to execute passes. I am questioning his thinking or vision. He always looks to pass to the left side of the field, always looking for the outside in run on the left side. To the extent that a lot of times, he misses seeing a better passing option on the right. In that sense, he is one dimensional and his passing is 180 degree(or 90 degree as he rarely passes back), whereas others are more well rounded and look to pass both sides.
There was a perfect example of it in the match yesterday. In the second half when Iniesta played a lofted reverse pass to Suarez which was called offside. That to me was 360 vision and 360 passing. Just wish Messi wouldnt completely ignore the right side. It would make him a more dangerous passer. He clearly has the technical ability.
I saw the Messi assist to Suarez btw. That was admittedly genius.
On the match, had a feeling it was quid pro quo from last season. We took it easy on them and helped them stay up. They in turn helped us out yesterday. Not saying either side threw the game. Just like we were playing 10 % off our normal level last season, so were they this game. And thats all that is needed at this level.
